Today I’ve used a Christmas stamp set and punch from the Annual Catalogue that I loved when it was launched last year.
And I still love it. I also absolutely love the new Shimmer Black Stampin’ Emboss powder, it’s so shiny and sparkly which is really hard to capture in a photograph but hopefully this gives you some idea…
You get lovely little sparks of colour in the super shiny black and is perfect for this sentiment!
I used my normal card base from Whisper White thick card measuring 21 x 14.5 cm, scored and folded on the long side at 10.5 cm to create a landscape tent fold. I then added a layer of Real Red card measuring 10 x 14 cm.
I cut a piece of Whisper White card to measure 9.5 x 13.5 cm and stamped the line with stars at either end in Versamark ink, added the Shimmer Black Stampin’ Emboss powder and heat set it. I did the same with the sentiment at the bottom.
I stamped the bulbs in Real Red, Blueberry Bushel, Granny Apple Green and Daffodil Delight inks and cut them with the Christmas Bulb Builder punch. I also used the punch to cut the tops of the bulbs from Gold Glimmer paper.
I glued the 4 bulbs in a line and my card was completed. I like the bright and cheerful effect and hope you do too.
