Ian Potter (www.stampingwithian.blogspot.com) set us this sketch challenge over in the Stampin’ For All facebook group…
Now this looks like a nice clean and simple layout for a card but my card is such a riot of colour and patterns it’s definitely not clean and simple, lol…
I used the fabulous Follow Your Art designer series paper for each of the panels in the sketch, but used a different design for each of them. Instead of the skinny vertical panel I added the buttons die cut in Blushing Bride card, trimmed down.
For the top panel I embossed the Follow Your Art designer series paper with the Button Button embossing folder and added some of the elements from the Follow Your Art Embellishment Kit and a square button die cut from Flirty Flamingo card.
My sentiment was stamped in Coastal Cabana ink onto Whisper White card and trimmed to fit, with banners cut into each end.
