Thanks for being a Friend-a-saurus

Hello and thanks for joining me.

The Dinoroar Suite is just so cute and I hope that my card is doing it some justice…

I made a card base from Whisper White thick card measuring 21 x 14.5 cm, scored and folded on the long side at 10.5 cm. I added a piece of Pool Party card measuring 10 x 14 cm and then some of the Dinoroar designer series paper measuring 9.5 x 13.5 cm. I also added a contrasting piece of paper from the pack across the card measuring 9.5 x 2.5 cm.

I stamped the dinosaur in Lovely Lipstick ink onto whisper white card and masked the edges of it with some low tack tape before stamping the spots in Granny Apple Green ink. I stamped the sentiment in Granny Apple Green ink too. I used a stitched rectangle die to cut this stamped piece and then backed it with a piece of Mango Melody card before adding it to the card front.

I added a little extra stamping to the bottom of the inside of the card…

How cute is this? The dinosaur is stamped in Pool Party ink and the words are in Lovely Lipstick ink.
