We are cut out to be friends

When I saw this Follow Your Art designer series paper with the scissors design I knew that I should pair it up with the Crafting Forever stamp set. And here’s the result…

My card base is Whisper White thick card cut to measure 21 x 14.5 cm, scored and folded on the long side at 10.5 cm. I added a layer of Blushing Bride card measuring 10 x 14 cm and then my designer series paper measuring 9.5 x 13.5 cm.

I stamped the sentiment in Blushing Bride ink onto Whisper White card and then cut it with my 2 inch circle punch. I cut some Blushing Bride card with my Starburst pitch and glue to the back of the circle.

I stamped the scissors in the same ink and fussy cut them with my paper snips then added to my circle.

I used the Arts & Crafts dies to cut the wavy ribbon from Whisper White card. This is an edging die so I had to use my paper snips again to trim off the excess. I love the stitching on this die.

I added this to the card and then popped up the circles with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I’m quite happy that the scissors look like they’re lining up to cut the ribbon.
