Hello. I hope you’ve been enjoying Easter.
When putting together my Easter gifts for friends and family I couldn’t miss out my favourite four legged friend Poppy. Obviously she couldn’t get a chocolate Easter egg so I gave her a bag of doggie treats instead and needed an appropriate gift tag…
I love the Happy Tails bundle and I’m delighted that the punch and stamp set will continue to be available in the next Stampin’ Up! catalogue. However, you can only get the bundle price with the saving of 10% up until 2 June 2019.
The tag is made with a piece of Whisper White card measuring 2 x 4 inches and I used the scallop tag top punch on one end. I then stamped the paw prints and bones in Jet Black Stazon ink. I stamped the dog in Smoky Slate ink and used the punch to cut it out. The collar is stamped in Merry Merlot ink and I also used this ink for the sentiment.
I added the sentiment with foam adhesive strip and the dog with Stampin Dimensionsals. I then added the Black Shimmer ribbon tied with a little bit of Whisper White baker’s twine.
I’m not sure if Poppy liked the tag but I’m willing to bet that she loved the treats, lol.
