Hello, I hope you are well.
I mostly blog about my projects made with Stampin’ Up! products but every so often I create some other things too. I was honoured to be asked by a friend to make frames to commemorate two big firsts. Her son Declan had his first day at school….
And her daughter Layla is preparing for her first day at playgroup…
These are so easy to make and great fun too. You can buy the wooden scrabble tiles from many suppliers online and you can pick up the crayons in lots of stores. The frames are from Ikea and the only Stampin’ Up! product involved is the 6 x 6″ Subtles designer series paper.
I used multi-purpose glue for the wooden tiles but I used my hot glue gun for the crayons.
I can’t wait to see these with the kids photos in them!
I hope you’ve enjoyed today’s project and thanks for popping by.
Happy crafting,
Heather x
