Garden Impressions patchwork card

Hello and welcome to my blog.  Today I have a card that’s perfect for using up any leftover bits of Designer Series Paper.  Although, I’ve used some of the lovely new papers I got in the Buy 3 and Get 4 Stampin’ Up! promotion.

I used a card base measuring 29 x 10.5 cm, scored at 14.5 cm to create a portrait tent fold card.  I added a layer of Night of Navy card measuring 14 x 10 cm.

I used my Tailored Tag punch to cut a number of shapes from the beautiful and vibrant Garden Impressions Designer Series Paper.  This pack includes 48 sheets of double sided 6 x6 inch paper.  There are 4 of each page and there are 24 different designs in total, with a mix of flowers and other patterns – all of them printed from hand painted designs.  There’s just so much choice in this pack for just £10.25!  And of course, it’s included in the current buy 3 and get 4 promotion, which lasts until 31st July 2018.

The Happy Birthday sentiment is from Botanical Bliss stamp set, I stamped using Pacific Point ink onto Whisper White card, mounted onto Night of Navy card and then punched with my Triple Banner punch.  This was added to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Finally I added a bit of bling with 3 different sizes of Basic Rhinestones and a bow from the Silver Metallic Edge ribbon.

I think this would be a pretty card for a quilter, what do you think?  I’ve love to read your comments below.

I’ve listed the products I’ve used in today’s project below, you can click on any one of them to visit my online Stampin’ Up! store.

Happy crafting,
