Just in case you’re a reader from outside of the UK, I’ll explain myself. We have a chocolate bar called Crunchie and their advertising slogan for a very long time was “Thank Crunchie it’s Friday!” and this has been well and truly embedded in our culture. Which says a lot about the power of advertising and chocolate! Lol
So as it’s Friday I wanted to show you my Crunchie wrapper – which will be given to someone on my travels today…
I used my beloved Envelope Punch Board for this project. I cut a piece of Picture Perfect Designer Series Paper to measure 5 and 5/8ths inches square. I then used the Envelope Punch Boarch to punch and score at 1 and 1/2 inches. I used mini Glue Dots on the small side flaps, popped in the chocolate bar and then trimmed the excess of one of the larger flaps…
I wrapped the remaining large flap over and secured it with my belly band (which is 1 inch wide)
Finally I stamped the YAY! from Confetti Celebration stamp set in Bermuda Bay ink onto Whisper White card and cut round the star with my paper snips. I used mini glue dots to stick it to the belly band.
