Hello everyone.
I put some ink on the butterfly image from the Sale-A-Bration stamp set A Touch Of Ink and created this card…
You can earn this stamp set for free when you spend £90 in my online shop up until 28 February 2021 – so time is running out. This is a two step stamp set so I stamped the outline of the butterfly with Memento ink and then added Highland Heather and Balmy Blue ink to the infill stamp using sponge daubers. I stamped both steps of the leaves with Pear Pizzazz ink.
The sentiment is stamped with Highland Heather and both pieces were cut with dies from the Hippo & Friends die set. This set has lots of lovely frames so it’s a great buy, even if you’re not so keen on the hippo and his friends.
My card base is Basic White card measuring 21 x 14.5 cm, scored and folded on the long side at 10.5 cm. I added a piece of Balmy Blue designer series paper (DSP) from the Subtles paper pack and embossed it with the Old World Paper 3D embossing folder.
I added a couple of other strips of DSP from the same pack and a few loops of white bakers twine before adding the die cuts with Stampin’ Dimensionals…
As a final flourish I added a few of the light blue gems from the Holiday Rhinestones pack.
