I’ve got another Sneak Peek at the next Stampin’ Up! mini catalogue for you today. This time I’ve used some of the products in the Fine Art Floral suite…
How incredible is that little strip of the Fine Art Floral designer series paper? It really looks like it should have the texture of a palette knife painting but is beautifully smooth.
The Painted Texture 3D embossing folder is awesome and gives you lots of different depths of impressions on your card. In this case I used pieces of Very Vanilla card for both my card base and the embossed panels. The card base is 29 x 10.5 cm, scored and folded at 14.5 cm. The embossed pieces measure 2.5 x 14 cm and 5 x 14 cm and the strip of DSP between them is 3 x 14 cm so there’s a little overlap.
I used the Art Gallery Bundle to stamp and cut the flower and leaf, using Flirty Flamingo, Merry Merlot, Night of Navy and Mossy Meadow inks onto Very Vanilla card.
I stamped my sentiment with Merry Merlot ink onto the Very Vanilla panel before I embossed it.
The ribbon I used is also from this suite and is called Fine Art ribbon. It has the most beautiful gold shimmer through it.
