Hello everyone.
I’ve fallen in love with the Flowers For All Seasons designer series paper pack (as you might have guessed from my last YouTube video!) and I’ve already accumulated quite a few scraps leftover from the sheets of 6″ x 6″ paper I’ve used so far. So I’ve put them to good use in today’s card…
I cut my scraps into strips 2cm wide and cut the ends with my Triple Banner punch. I glued them to a piece of Whisper White card slightly bigger than I needed for my card. Once I had them all glued together I trimmed it to 10 x 14 cm. I then added some Bumblebee ribbon securing the ends on the back. I tied the bow separately and added it with mini glue dots.
I made my card base from Magenta Madness card measuring 21 x 14.5 cm, scored and folded on the long side at 10.5 cm.
I stamped the sentiment from the Happiest of Birthdays stamp set with Magenta Madness ink onto Whisper White card and cut it with a Stitched Rectangle die. I added this to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added some of the the 2020-2022 In Color Enamel Dots.
I cut a piece of Whisper White card to measure 10 x 14 cm to add to the inside of my card but before I did that I also added a little bit of the card topper that I’d trimmed off earlier…
I think this is such a fun and bright card and a great way to use up small pieces of your precious patterned papers. I hope you agree.
