ABOUT MY project
The Attention Shopper stamp and dies bundle has some really cute little images that can fit into a shopping trolley (or cart if you prefer) or on their own. It also has some fabulous sentiments. I knew my first project with this bundle just had to be a gift card holder!
I used Boho Blue for the gift card holder base and added panels of Basic White card. You can get the measurements below.
I stamped gift bag and tissue image 3 times onto Basic White card and die cut them all. I also stamped one on Boho Blue card and fussy cut that one and layered the bag part over one of my white die cuts, so it looks like a blue bag with white tissue. The craft knife attachment on my Take Your Pick tool was handy for cutting out the middle of the handle.
I used Stampin’ Blends to colour the other 2 gift bags and tissues, using the challenge colours.
The sentiment is stamped with Boho Blue card and was cut with the Labeled With Love punch. I used small blending brushes to add pink and yellow ink to the label and also behind the gift bags, before adding them with dimensionals to pop them up.
Here’s the inside of the gift card holder with more Attention Shoppers stamping…
Measurements
To make this Attention Shoppers gift card holder you’ll need the following supplies:
- Boho Blue card measuring 4-1/8″ x 11″ for the base
- score on the long side at 5-1/2″ and 9-1/4″
- Basic White card measuring
- 3-7/8″ x 5-1/4″ for the inside
- 3-7/8″ x 3-5/8″ for the front (line this right up to the score line on the front)
- 3-7/8″ x 1-5/8″ for the gift card pocket
- scraps to stamp and die cut the gift bags
- scrap for the sentiment label
- Boho Blue card to stamp and fussy cut 1 gift bag
- embellishments
- dimensionals
Stamp your second sentiment and gift bags onto the white card for the gift pocket, add it to the smallest panel of the base and then cut a semi circle with a 2″ circle punch. Then glue the top and bottom of this piece to create the pocket.
My final touches were some rhinestones. I hope you like how I’ve used this week’s colours.
