Christmas Gift Card Holder tutorial – Sparkling Snowflake tag topper sneak peek

August 16, 2023

16 Aug

I gave some sneak peeks at products from the upcoming mini catalogue on a Facebook Live recently. One of my friends suggested I make a Christmas Gift Card holder with the new Sparkling Snowflake tag topper punch. I’m always up for suggestions and this was a great one.

Here’s the result…

When you remove the belly band you can open the holder and fin the gift card in a neat little pocket inside…

Even although these are so simple to make I decided to record a video to show you how it’s done.

YOUTUBE TUTORIAL

I’d love you to click on the image above or if you prefer you can click here to pop over to YouTube and check out how easy this Christmas gift card holder is to make. If you enjoy watching my video, I’d love you to give it a thumbs up and leave me a wee comment too. If you haven’t already subscribed to my channel, make sure you do so when you’re there; so you don’t miss out on future videos.

Here’s the gift card holder I made in the video, along with the one I made earlier…

MEASUREMENTS

To make the gift card holder in the video you’ll need the following supplies:

  • Balmy Blue card measuring 3″ x 10-1/2″
    • score on the long side at 5-1/4″
  • Basic White card for the belly band measuring 1-1/2″ x at least 7-1/2″ to allow an overlap
  • Balmy Blue card for the gift card pocket measuring 1-1/4″ x 2-7/8″

I hope you like today’s project and will give it a try.
