Father’s Day card with He’s All That

Hello! I hope you are well.

I am delighted that the He’s All That stamp set and the coordinating All That dies have carried over into the 2023-2024 Annual Catalogue as I don’t have many masculine stamp sets. However, the matching designer series paper has been discontinued and I’ve completely finished my last pack of it as we used it for classes last month. So I’ve used a sheet from the Brights 6″ x 6″ paper pack for today’s card…

I picked out a Pumpkin Pie sheet to trim down to 10 x 14 cm and added it to my card base (Basic White Thick card – 29 x 10.5 cm , scored & folded at 14.5 cm)

I stamped the Holy Smokes sentiment with Crushed Curry ink and cut it with the oval die from All That. I also used dies from that set to cut 2 pattern pieces from Wild Wheat and Copper Clay card plus a flag and banner from Basic White card.

I stamped the main sentiment with Pumpkin Pie ink and cut it with a die from Stylish Shapes.

I also stamped the No.1 and compass images with Copper Clay and Wild Wheat inks. I coloured the inside of the compass with my Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Blends and then used circle dies from Stylish Shapes to cut both images. This removed the writing from the compass stamped image, which I didn’t think was quite right for this card.

I simply glued some pieces and popped up others with dimensionals and then added some Wild Wheat and Copper Clay dots to complete my card…
