I recently made this card for a colour challenge…
I had described the method for creating the card in my blog post but was asked if I’d do a video tutorial for it too. I’m always happy to oblige!

I totally changed the colours for the card in the video. I used Sweet Sorbet, Tahitian Tide and Orchid Oasis and here’s the result…
My card base is Basic White Thick card (29 x 10.5 cm, scored & folded at 14.5 cm). My Orchid Oasis layer is 10 x 14 cm and my vellum layer was trimmed down to 13.5 x 9.5 cm.
I really do think the addition of the heat embossing adds a bit more of a wow factor, don’t you?
