Hello.
You may recall that I’ve already shared with 2 designs of milk carton style boxes that fit a Yankee votive candle. Well, today it’s time to share my final design for this Christmas (so far, I may design more!)…
Whilst my last 2 designs were bright and fun these ones are a bit more classy.
This time around I’ve used Merry Merlot card and some of luxurious Joyous Noel Speciality designer series paper.
As a reminder you can click here to see the template I used for the boxes.
The decoration on the front uses a stamp from Peaceful Noel stamp set in Merry Merlot ink onto Shimmery White card. I used Layering Circles framelits dies to cut the sentiment and the Merry Merlot glimmer paper too.
I used the Sprig Punch with Copper glimmer paper and glued that to the DSP on the box before adhering the sentiment circles.
Top Tip: it can be tricky to get things to stick to glimmer paper so I punched a hole in the glimmer paper circle using my 1/2 inch circle punch. I glued the glimmer paper to the box and then put a dimensional into the hole I created and then stuck the sentiment circle to the dimensional.
I used the Merry Merlot & Copper reversible ribbon to tie the box closed after I’d popped in a Yankee Votive Candle.
I think this project perfectly demonstrates how fabulously Stampin’ Up! products coordinate. The card, paper, glimmer paper and ribbon all look great together.
The Peaceful Noel stamp set and the Sprig Punch are available as a bundle, which means that if you buy them together using the bundle product code you will save 10% on the cost of buying them separately.
I’ve listed the products used in today’s project below and you can click on any of them to visit my online Stampin’ Up! shop. I’d be delighted to be your independent demonstrator.
If you have any comments you can add them below. If you have any questions about this project or any Stampin’ Up! products you can use the Contact Me form in the main menu above to get in touch. I’d love to hear from you.
