Hello Beautiful – customer thank you cards with Abstract Beauty Suite

Hello! I hope you are well.

I’d like to share with you the cards I sent to the lovely customers that shopped with me for their Stampin’ Up! products in January 2022. I used products from the gorgeous Abstract Beauty suite to create cards like this one…

I used the Beautiful Shapes dies to cut hexagons from the Abstract Beauty designer series paper pack and the largest circle die from the set for my sentiment piece. I stamped the sentiment from the Hello Beautiful stamp set with Versamark, added Gold Stampin’ Emboss powder and heat set it. I also stamped around this with more Hello Beautiful stamps using Magenta Madness, Crushed Curry and Night of Navy ink, to coordinate with the designer series papers.

Each one of my cards ended up being different even although I used the same materials for them all…

Before I added all my shapes to the card bases I added an embossed layer of Just Jade card measuring 10 x 14 cm. I used the Hive 3D embossing folder which gives such lovely organic details. To add to that I also splashed some Multipurpose Glue that I’d diluted with a little water then added my gold embossing powder and heat set it too…

I had so much fun with this technique and will definitely use it again! It looks great with all those lovely gold foil details on the designer series paper too.
