Creative Colour Challenges 18 – a Sale-A-Bration special!

Here’s this week’s colour selection on Vicky Lou Design’s Creative Colour Challenges…

As Sale-A-Bration has kicked off I thought I’d use some of the FREE products I’ve earned during the pre-order period for demonstrators. I picked a Misty Moonlight design from the Sunshine & Rainbows 6″ x 6″ designer series paper pack that you can get for free with a £45 spend for my card background…

I’ve then used stamps from Friendly Hello that you can get free (plus a pack of 12″ x 12″ paper) with a £90 spend during Sale-A-Bration, ending 28 February 2022. I stamped the sentiment with Gray Granite ink onto Basic White card and cut it with one of the Scalloped Contours dies.

I stamped the flowers with Gorgeous Grape ink onto Basic White card and fussy cut them with my paper snips. I used my Gorgeous Grape watercolor pencil to add some colour to the centre and petals and blended it out with a Blender Pen. I added the flowers to the Scalloped Contours die cut and then added a few loops of crinkled seam binding ribbon onto my card base and put the die cut on top with dimensionals…

I hope you like the end result.
