Today’s project is a little box made to fit a little hand cream
The box is made from Tranquil Tide card. I used 2 pieces measuring 6 x 3 and 3/4 inches. For the base I scored at 1 inch on each side. For the lid I scored at 15/16th of an inch on each side using the scoring blade on my trimmer.
This means that the lid fits snugly but not too tightly.
I used my 1/2 inch punch on each of the long sides to create notches that make it easier to open.
I added a panel of Tranquil Textures designer series paper measuring 3 and 3/4 x 1 and 1/2 inches.
Finally I added Silver Metallic Edge ribbon and tied in a bow.
