Hello! I hope you are well. My last couple of videos for gift boxes have been a bit “extra” as 1 was an exploding box for easter and the other was a shadow box. So, I thought it was time to go back to basics with a nice and easy project! Here’s my Lovely Blossoms gift bag…

The Lovely Blossoms designer series paper is super pretty! And I’ve been meaning to make something other than a card with it for a while now. This is a sweet little bag that measures 3-1/2″ wide, 2″ deep and 4″ high. So it’ll fit all sorts of little gifts or goodies inside. I fussy cut a piece of the Lovely Blossoms DSP for the decoration and used that stunning Old Olive Rickrack style ribbon to close it…

I purposely didn’t add a sentiment to this one so I can keep it in my stash for later. But, I made a birthday version in today’s video…

The pretty birthday sentiment comes from the fabulous Addressed To You stamp set. This is such a versatile set and not just for envelopes!

I changed up the ribbon on this one to Secret Sea faux linen ribbon…

MEASUREMENTS

To make the Lovely Blossoms gift bag in today’s video you’ll need the following supplies

• Lovely Blossoms DSP measuring 6″ x 12″
  • score on the short side at 2″
  • score on the long side at 1″, 2″, 5-1/2″, 6-1/2″, 7-1/2″ and 11″
• A piece of Basic White card to stamp the sentiment
• Ribbon & embellishments
