Splash of Sparkle card – Stampin’ Around the World Video Hop

Hello, I hope you are well. Today I’m taking part in the Stampin” Around the World video hop over on YouTube, with a fabulous global group of Stampin’ Up! independent demonstrators. Our theme for this month is Sparkle and Shine. So, I took this as a perfect excuse to create with and give you a sneak peek of a brand new pack of designer series paper! Here’s my very first Splash of Sparkle card…

This gorgeous pack of paper will be available for you to purchase from 6 January 2026, but you can see it in all it’s shiny glory in today’s video.

There’s a lovely variety of holographic and gold foiled designs that I just love! And of course the timing couldn’t be better to end the year with some sparkle! This is how my card looks when you open it…

It’s a really simple fun fold called the Joy Fold and the best bit is that it doesn’t use up any more card and paper than a ‘normal’ card. Oh and I show you a new stamp and dies bundle in the video too. Find out more…

As my blue card had way less sparkle from the holographic foil, I felt the need to add more with my trusty Wink of Stella!

MEASUREMENTS

To make the Splash of Sparkles card in today’s video you’ll need the following supplies:

• Basic White Thick card for the card base measuring 4-1/8″ x 11-3/4″ (half an A4 sheet)
  • score on the long side at 4-7/8″ and 5-7/8″
• Splash of Sparkles DSP measuring
  • 7/8″ x 4″
  • 4-3/4″ x 4″
  • plus an extra piece to stamp on
• A scrap of Basic White card to stamp and punch a sentiment
• embellishments
