Memories & More card topped box – video

Hello! I hope you are well. I have been running a little late with my Stampin’ Up! 12 days of crafting advent calendar. So, in today’s video I show you me opening days 7, 8 & 9! One of the fabulous 3 products I unveiled was a little pack of Memories & More cards and ephemera pieces. As soon as I saw them I knew I wanted to use them to create a Memories & More card topped box and here it is…

I also used the baker’s twine and embellishments from the 12 Days of Crafting advent calendar. So, all I need to add was the white card and Flirty Flamingo ink to create this box.

It’s a simple white lidded box, but these decorations make it look a lot more special…

Once I’d got that one made, off camera, I created another one to show you how it’s done…

MEASUREMENTS

To make the project in today’s video you’ll need the following supplies:

• Basic White Thick card for the base measuring 6-1/4″ x 5-1/4″ – scored on all 4 sides at 1″
• Basic White Thick card for the lid measuring 4-13/16″ x 5-13/16″ – scored on all 4 sides at 3/4″
• a small Memories & More card (which measures 3″ x 4″)
• Ephemera, twine and embellishments of your choice

The finished box measures 4-1/4″ x 3-1/4″ x 1″ so is a nice size for all sorts of little gifts or treats.
