12 Days of Crafting (days 1 to 4) – video

Hello! I hope you are well. I have been enjoying opening the first few windows of my Stampin’ Up! 12 days of crafting advent calendar. I recorded a video of me opening the first 2 windows and then used the products inside to create this pretty birthday card…

The advent calendar comes with a coordinating stamp set and the product from Day 1 of the calendar was some dies that match the stamps. Day 2 of the calendar revealed a pack of really pretty designer series paper, featuring the colours shown above. If you’d like to watch the video for this card please click on the image below:

I love those floral stamps and dies, especially when you add a bit of dimension to them…

MEASUREMENTS

If you’d like to make the gift box in today’s video you’ll need the following supplies:

• Flirty Flamingo card measuring 3-5/8″ x 6-1/2″
  • score the long side at 3/4″ and 2-7/8″ from both ends (as shown in the video)
  • score the short side at 3/4″ from each end
• Designer series paper measuring 2″ x 2″ plus a scrap to stamp a sentiment
• 2 pieces of window sheet (acetate) each measuring 1-3/8″ x 1-3/8″
• labels to decorate
• gems for the shaker element
