Hello and welcome to the October 2025 Project Share Project blog hop. Our fabulous little group of independent Stampin’ Up! demonstrators regularly share each others projects and also create a new project for a monthly Blog Hop. Our theme this month is a colour challenge – using at least one Neutral and at least one Regal colour. So, I’ve used Pecan Pie (neutral) and Shaded Spruce (regal) for this Christmas wax melts box…

ABOUT MY PROJECT
I created my box base with Shaded Spruce card and it’s essentially just a shallow tray to fit the pack of wax melts I want to gift. The lid is a whole other level though; as this is how it opens…

I used Pecan Pie card die cut with one of the Party Banners dies for each side of the lid. They fit together by criss crossing in the middle, which is disguised by the pretty banner style die and embellishments on top. That gorgeous gold striped ribbon just helps to balance the lid out and you can tuck the ends of the sentiment piece under the bow to keep it from popping up too far.
I had lots of fun designing this project and loved the challenge of using colours that I don’t often use. My first choice from Neutrals is normally Night of Navy and if I was only allowed to have one of the colour collections it would be Brights every single time!!
