Notes & Totes slimline card - The Project Share Blog Hop - June 2025

Hello and welcome to the June 2025 Project Share Project blog hop. Our fabulous little group of independent Stampin’ Up! demonstrators share each others projects every Thursday and also create a new project for a monthly Blog Hop. Our theme this month is In Colors. We can use any one of the In Colors or any combination of the 10 currently available. So I’ve used all 5 of the 2025-2027 In Colors for this Notes & Totes slimline card…

ABOUT MY PROJECT

I created mini tote bags using the pocket from the larger bag in the Notes & Totes die set and the In Colors 6″ x 6″ designer series paper. The handle was cut from the opposite side of the paper I used for the bag.

I really love these new In Colors! I used Strawberry Slush to layer my card, because at the moment that’s my favourite! It will likely change tomorrow or next week though. Some of the mini tote bags where adhered to the card with glue and some with Stampin’ Dimensionals All of the handles were not adhered to the card base, only to the bags. This gives some extra dimension…

The sentiment is stamped with Secret Sea ink and both words come from the fabulous Blooming Phrases stamp set. I also used some of the stamps from this set to add some decoration to the inside of the card…

And of course I had to add some of the matching In Colors flat pearls too.

MEASUREMENTS

To make this Notes & Totes slimline card you’ll need the following supplies:

Basic White Thick card measuring 21 x 21 cm, scored & folded on one side at 10.5 cm
Strawberry Slush card measuring 19.5 x 9 cm
Basic White card measuring 19 x 8.5 cm
Pieces of In Colors DSP to die cut the bag and handle pieces
Embellishments
