Hello! I love Stampin’ Up! kits for crafting with friends and did exactly that a week or so ago. We used the Expressions of Kindness kit to make gorgeous cards by following the excellent instructions. However, I was left with some of the kit and decided that I could get some extra Expressions of Kindness cards from it. But first, here’s the cards we made with the kit instructions…
I had enough of the kit left to make another one of the card above. But instead, I used the card base and envelope, along with some card bases I made to create 3 cards instead of just 1…
I just chopped the card base in 2 and trimmed it a little to fit on my normal card bases. This first one has some of the gorgeous gold foiling, so all I did was add a bit of stamping, the sentiment and embellishments…
The back of the card base from the kit has lots of lovely flowers and leaves too. So the second half got some stamping, ribbon and a simple sentiment to become this card…
So I had 2 cards but only 1 envelope left. So I cut the envelope apart and used the front of it for this third card…
I really enjoyed making these cards and crafting with friends too. Now, I’ve still got the stamp set, a mini ink spot, a clear block, some ribbon and embellishments left. What a deal!
