Lovely & Sweet gift pocket

Hello! I hope you are well. Members of my Nellie’s Stampers team are invited to join our in person classes each month for free. However, I have team members that live hundreds of miles away now, so I send them a crafty pack in the mail instead. This month I sent them a joy fold card pack and the supplies they need to make this Lovely & Sweet gift pocket…

And I included the little gift to put inside…

I love making little treat pockets like these. They are great for eye masks, gift cards, embellishment packs and so much more! For these ones we are using Nature’s Sweetness designer series paper for both the actual pocket and most of the decorations too.

The main image has been cut from a sheet of the DSP and I’ve simply trimmed it to fit onto my pocket. You could colour it and fussy cut around it too if you prefer. I also used some of the Lovely & Sweet dies to make some little embellishments from scraps of the DSP.

To complete the project I stamped my sentiment with Pecan Pie ink on a label and popped it up with dimensionals…

MEASUREMENTS

To make the Lovely & Sweet gift pocket I made in today’s video you’ll need the following supplies

• Nature’s Sweetness designer series paper measuring 6″ x 8″
  • score on the long side at 3-3/4″ and 7-1/2″
  • score on the short side at 1/2″
• a panel of Nature’s Sweetness designer series paper for the main decoration
• scraps of Nature’s Sweetness DSP to die cut the flowers and leave
• Basic White card for the sentiment label
