Happy Good Friday! I must admit that Easter has well and truly snuck up on me this year. I made a grand total of 2 Easter cards and absolutely no Easter chocolate treat boxes, bags or baskets. However, I have made this Delightfully Eclectic Easter decoration…
Well, when I say I made it, I really just mean I decorated it! Lol. I purchased the wooden bunnies decoration from a craft store but it was really poorly painted as you can see…
And I thought it looked rather boring. So, my solution was to glue the decoration to a piece of Delightfully Eclectic designer series paper and then used my Take Your Pick tool with the craft knife attachment to cut around it…
To neaten up some of the edges I gave the paper a light sand with an emery board. This really was a case of using whatever I had to hand. But I really do love the end result and this little line of bunnies has been added to my Easter decorations. Although I am still toying with the idea of adding little white cotton tails to them!
I hope you’ve enjoyed seeing a totally different way you can use up some of your pretty designer series papers.
