Heartfelt Hexagons card – Touches of Ink Blog Hop February 2024

Today I’m taking part in the Touches of Ink blog hop, so you may have joined me from my lovely friend Janice Thomson’s blog. We are all using our free choice of bundle or suite from the current Stampin’ Up! catalogues. I’ve selected a bundle from the January to April 2024 mini catalogue. Here’s my Heartfelt Hexagons card…

My colour combination for this card is Lemon Lolly and Granny Apple Green. This is such a fresh combo and clearly I’m dreaming of spring with this one!

The Heartfelt Hexagon stamp set has 2 borders that line up perfectly with the punch from the bundle. I used the bolder one for today’s card. There are also 6 beautiful sentiments that fit inside the punch shape too. This is such a versatile bundle!

I used a combination of some of the other smaller stamps from the set for my flowers around the hexagon. Who says you can’t use a heart for a flower?

Some colouring and splattering with my Lemon Lolly Stampin’ Blend, adding ribbon and gems and the look is complete.
