Hello! Yesterday’s gift box project was the first time I’d inked up the beautiful Lovely & Sweet stamp set from the January to April 2024 mini catalogue. Before I put it away again, I decided to make this CAS Lovely & Sweet card with just some simple stamping and colouring…
I stamped the main image with Memento black ink and then set about colouring it with Stampin’ Blends. The leaves were coloured with Old Olive. I coloured the nuts with Crumb Cake. And for the flowers I added a little bit of Bubble Bath to the bottom of the petals.
The stamped panel was cut down to measure 8 x 9 cm. I then added this to a piece of Pebbled Path card measuring 8.2 x 9.2 cm so there’s a tiny border showing. Before adding this panel to my card base I did a little bit more stamping. Again the stamps are from Lovely & Sweet and this time I used Pebbled Path and Old Olive ink pads.
This main panel was added to the card base with dimensionals…
I added just a little bit of stamping to the bottom right corner on the inside of the card base too, using the same stamps and inks.
