Christmas Double Column fancy fold card

Hello! Today’s card was inspired by my friend and Nellie’s Stampers team member, Hazel. Hazel has set up a Facebook page and Blog for her Stampin’ Up! creations and recently made a Christmas Double Column fancy fold card that I just had to try out. Here’s my version…

Hazel’s instructions were easy to follow and I love how my card turned out. I hope you’ll give this style of card a try too.

For my topper I used the Snow Crystal stamp with versamark ink and silver embossing powder. I love the shine…

I used dies from Stylish Shapes for the circles and the banners. The Night of Navy banner was cut in half and the 2 pieces were glued to the back of the circles. My sentiment is from Trucking Along.

I love the way this card stands with the double columns…

And of course I had to add some circles to the back so that I could write a personal message on them too…

And the best part is that the card folds flat, measuring 6″ x 6″, to fit into an envelope…
