Beary Christmas treat holder – Festive Fridays tutorial

December 8, 2023

8 Dec

Hello! Welcome to another Festive Friday post. Today’s project is this tiny little Beary Christmas treat holder…

When you untie the ribbon it reveals the gatefold design of the holder…

And then you can get to the mini Ritter Sport treat inside…

These make lovely little treats to hand out to spread some festive cheer, wherever it’s most needed!

This is the latest of my Festive Friday posts that I started off in September. Each one has a supporting video tutorial and if you’ve missed any of them you can click here to watch the full playlist over on YouTube.

I’ve recorded a video tutorial while making another Beary Christmas treat holder. You can find out how you can make them too, by watching my tutorial…

I’d love you to click on the image above or if you prefer you can click here to pop over to YouTube and check out how to make these mini chocolate treat holders. If you enjoy watching my video, I’d love you to give it a thumbs up and leave me a comment too. If you haven’t already subscribed to my channel, make sure you do so when you’re there; so you don’t miss out on future videos.

Here’s the Beary Christmas treat holder I made in the video, along with my original version…

The toppers punched from the Beary Christmas designer series paper are just so cute!

I hope you’ve enjoyed today’s Festive Friday project and will give it a try.

SUPPLIES

To make the Beary Christmas treat holder I created in the video you’ll need the following supplies:

  • Night Of Navy card measuring 5-1/4″ x 2″ for the base
    • score on the long side at 1-1/4″, 1-3/4″, 3-3/4″ and 4-1/4″
  • Night of Navy card for the inner holder measuring 1/2″ x 3-3/4″
    • score on the long side at 1/2″, 1″, 2-3/4″ and 3-1/4″
  • Night of Navy card to punch with the 1-3/4″ circle punch
  • Beary Christmas designer series paper measuring
    • 1″ x 1-3/4″
    • 3/4″ x 1-3/4″
    • a piece to cut with a 1-1/2″ circle punch or similar sized die
  • Ribbon

SHOP THE PRODUCTS

I’ve listed the products I used for today’s project below. You can click on any of the links in the Product List to visit that item in my online Stampin’ Up! store. As I used a retired 1-1/2″ circle punch in the video, I’ve included the Stylish Shapes dies you could use instead.

When you shop with me you’ll receive a handmade card, like these ones and gift as a token of my appreciation. If your order is under £150 please use the current Host Cod. This means that I can add in a free product to your customer thank you pack for the month. Find out more on the Host Code page in the main menu.

Happy crafting,

Heather x
