Merry Bold & Bright pen gift – Share it Sunday Blog Hop

November 26, 2023

Today I’m taking part in the Share It Sunday blog hop. This is such a fun blog hop as we just share whatever we’ve been working on. So who knows what you’ll see when you hop your way around. If you’re a regular reader then you’ll know that I’m taking part in some Christmas craft fairs soon. So when I discovered a few pretty pens in my stash, I knew I just had to make these Merry Bold & Bright pen gift holders…

These pen wraps are so quick and easy and make a lovely little stocking filler. You can put pens, pencils or nail files in them.

The Merry Bold & Bright designer series paper is a great option for fun gift packages like this. Each 12″ x 12″ sheet can make 4 of these wraps.

I didn’t think they needed much decoration with this fabulous paper, so I simply stamped the For You from Heartfelt Hexagon with Melon Mambo ink onto Basic White card and cut it with the smaller part of the Double Oval punch.

Before adding the sentiment, I wrapped a piece of Iridescent ribbon around the holder, securing the ends on the front, to be covered by the oval…

By the time you read this blog post, I hope to have sold all of these Merry Bold & Bright pen gifts! Wish me luck.
