Countryside Inn gift box for a bath bomb – tutorial

Hello, I hope you are well. I came across some individually wrapped bath bombs recently, whilst shopping for something completely different! So, I bought a few and though I should make them into little gifts. Here’s my Countryside Inn gift box for them…

I love this designer series paper pack, mainly because it features lots of lovely shades of blue including my favourite Night of Navy. Obviously, I just had to make my box from Night of Navy card first of all.

The lid is simply opened with the loop of ribbon and here’s what was inside…

I used the Petal Park stamp set and coordinating punch to add these flowers. I show you how easy it is to give them a little bit of dimension in my video…

I’ve made a Misty Moonlight version in my video tutorial…

YOUTUBE TUTORIAL

I’d love you to click on the image above or if you prefer you can click here to pop over to YouTube. If you enjoy watching my video, I’d love you to give it a thumbs up and leave me a comment too. If you haven’t already subscribed to my channel, make sure you do so when you’re there; so you don’t miss out on future videos.

Here’s the Countryside Inn gift box I made in my video, along with the original one…

Which one do you prefer?

MEASUREMENTS

To make the Countryside Inn gift box in the video you’ll need the following supplies:

  • Misty Moonlight card measuring 6-3/4″ x 9-1/2″
    • score the long side at 2-1/4″, 5-1/2″, 6-3/4″ and 9″
    • score the short side at 2-1/4″ and 4-1/2
    • partially score the short side again, as shown in the video at 1-1/2″ and 5-1/4
  • Countryside Inn DSP – 5 pieces measuring 2″ x 2″
  • Basic White card to stamp and punch the flowers and sentiment oval
  • Ribbon
  • Embellishments

The assembled box measures 2-1/4″ x 2-1/4″ x 2-1/4″ so could fit lots of different little gifts.

I hope you like these Countryside Inn gift boxes and will give it a go too.
