Creative Colour Challenges 82 with Flowers Of Friendship

I nearly gave this challenge a miss as I thought it was a tricky combination, but I persevered and this was the result…

I covered my card base with a piece of Gray Granite designer series paper from the Sun Prints pack. It’s s lovely design that looks like it’s textured but it’s completely smooth. There’s very faint writing on it when you look really closely.

I stamped the large image from Flowers of Friendship stamp set with Memento ink on Basic White card then coloured it with Pumpkin Pie and Bermuda Bay Stampin’ Blends before cutting it with one of the Scalloped Contours dies. The sentiment is from the same stamp set and this time I used Gray Granite ink. The sentiment was cut with another die from Scalloped Contours, I love that these dies all have different edges.

I added some Gray Granite Shimmer Ribbon before adding the 2 die cuts over it. It certainly does shimmer…
