I’ve been using the Country Floral Lane suite of products for our in person classes this month but I hadn’t actually used the main image from the Country Bouquet stamp set. But I have now…
Isn’t that heart of flowers and leaves just gorgeous? It’s so easy to stamp too as there are 2 separate stamps that are oh so easy to line up. I stamped the flowers with Sweet Sorbet ink and the stems and leaves with Mint Macaron, as these colours both feature in the Country Floral Lane designer series paper.
I used Layering Circle dies to cut the stamped card and backed it with a scalloped circle of Petal Pink card.
My card layers are as follows:
- Basic White Thick card measuring 29 x 10.5 cm, scored and folded at 14.5 cm
- Balmy Blue Country Floral Lane DSP = 9.5 x 13.5 cm
- Flowery Country Floral Lane DSP = 2.5 x 13.5 cm
I stamped my little sentiment with Sweet Sorbet ink and fussy cut it before adding it to the heart. The final touches were a bow with the Sweet Sorbet metallic woven ribbon and some Pastel sequins…
