Our Stampin’ Up! Pootlers Team have the following logo and we were challenged by our team leader Sam to make a project with the colours from the logo…
I picked out Sweet Sorbet, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, Granny Apple Green, Balmy Blue, Night of Navy and Gorgeous Grape (although with hindsight Highland Heather would have been better) along with the Jingle Jingle Jingle stamp set and created this very colourful and fun Christmas card…
I randomly stamped the candy cane from the set all over a piece of Basic White card with each of the colours – my Simply Shammy really needs a clean now, lol! I filled in some of the spaces with stars in each colour too. Then I added yellow, blue and purple Glossy Dots.
I stamped the ’tis the season to be with Night Of Navy ink on a scrap of Basic White and also stamped the JOLLY numerous times to get the individual letters in Sweet Sorbet, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, Granny Apple Green and Balmy Blue. I then fussy cut them all and added them to a piece of Night Of Navy card that I added to the stamped piece with dimensionals.
My card base is Sweet Sorbet so I added a white panel inside and decided to continue the message with a sentiment from the Framed & Festive stamp set with Balmy Blue ink plus some festive lights with the same colours as the JOLLY…
I hope you like the end result! It really was fun to play with so many bright colours on one card.
