Hello, I hope you are well.
Yesterday I took part in the InspireInk Blog Hop and our theme for this month was Something Old & Something New. I used Pansy Petals designer series paper from the Annual catalogue as my ‘old’ and the Flowering Rain Boots bundle from the new mini catalogue. Here’s what I shared…
I’ve now made a video to show you this card and made another version. Please take a look by clicking on the image below and keep an eye out for my tip on making the flowers look more like they’re coming out of the boots…
To make the card in the video you’ll need the following:
- Very Vanilla Thick card measuring 29 x 10.5 cm
- scored and folded at 14.5 cm
- Pansy Petals DSP measuring 10 x 14 cm
- Pansy Petals DSP for stamping and die cutting the boots
- Very Vanilla card measuring 9 x 13 cm
- Very Vanilla card for stamping and die cutting the stems and flowers
- Soft Succulent card for the trelllis die cut
Here’s the card I made in my video…
I love the look of these mucky boots and the ink blending in the background…
