Hello, I hope you are well.
Stampin’ Up! is full of lovely teams! My team is Nelllies Stampers and we form part of the Crafty Scots team (check out our public Facebook group by clicking here) and in turn we’re part of the Pootlers team. Each month Sam Hammond Donald (aka Pootles) sets us a colour challenge and this month we’ve been given these 3…
And here’s what I created with them…
I added in Very Vanilla which is totally within the rules and a little bit of gold which I hope is forgiven, lol!
My card base is Early Espresso and I used the same card to create my ‘wreath’ using 2 of the Layering Circles dies.
My Very Vanilla layer was ’embossed’ with the gorgeous Stitched Leaves dies.
My flowers were created with Petal Pink and Calypso Coral card using the Flowers & Leaves punch. My sentiment is from the Flowers of Friendship stamp set. You can buy these 2 products separately but you’ll save 10% if you buy them as a bundle; so I’ve shown both options in my product list below.
I curled the sentiment banner with my bone folder and added a dimensional under the middle so only that bit is raised…
I distressed the flowers a little by putting tweezers in the middle of the petal and folding the sides of it upwards to give it some more dimension. I added some of the Petal Pink Elegant Faceted Gems to the centre of each flower. The gold Simply Elegant trim was wound through the flowers and held in place with mini glue dots.
I also added a few of the clear Elegant Faceted Gems for even more sparkle.

I’d love you to join my team so that you can join in with this kind of challenge as well as get discount on your Stampin’ Up! purchases. Plus the starter pack is a fabulous deal all year round…
