Today’s card features a colour I don’t use very often although I do like it, Mossy Meadow. The Dandy Garden suite has really encouraged me to use this gorgeous green colour more often as it features a lot in the designer series paper and the braided linen trim.
I thought it deserved a fun fold card and created this bridge fold to share with you…
This photo gives you a better view of the shape of the card, which folds flat to fit into a C6 envelope
To make this card you’ll need:
- Mossy Meadow card measuring 10.5 x 20.5 cm, scored on the long side at 3cm, 6cm, 14.5 cm and 17.5 cm
- Four pieces of Dandy Garden DSP that each measure 2.5 x 10 cm
- One piece of Dandy Garden DSP that measures 8 x 10 cm
- Mossy Meadow card measuring 3 x 14.5 cm
- Dandy Garden DSP measuring 2.5 x 14 cm
- Basic White card measuring 8 x 10 cm for the back
- Mossy Meadow card for die cutting
- Basic white card for stamping
The assembly of the card is nice and easy. To add the horizontal piece you need to add your adhesive to the back of the card piece from the outside edge inwards no more than 3 cm. Add this to the left side then fold the left side panels inwards so that the glue on the right side will line up perfectly with the edge of the card.
I just couldn’t resist adding 2 of the adorable Ladybug trinkets from the suite too…
Given how small these are (8mm) the level of detail on them is stunning! They are so easy to add to your projects with mini glue dots too.
