Bright New Home card featuring Stampin’ Up! Coming Home bundle

Hello everyone.

The Coming Home stamp set and Home Together dies are a fabulous combination for making Christmas cards but that’s not all.

Firstly, did you know that £2.50 from every sale of the Coming Home stamp set is donated to charities devoted to adoption, foster care and infertility. So just by buying a stamp set you can make a difference. Making A Difference is a big part of Stampin’ Up!’s philosophies all year long but it’s even more special at Christmas time. #SUdifferencemaker

Secondly, you don’t just have to use this bundle for Christmas. It is fabulous for new home cards too. Here’s one I made for a young family moving into their new home recently…

Isn’t this fun? I stamped the houses with Versamark ink onto Poppy Parade, Mango Melody, Daffodil Delight, Granny Apple Green, Pacific Point and Gorgeous Grape card. These colours are all part of the Brights Collection so you can buy 1 pack of card with all of these colours in it, rather than buying separate packs for each. I’ve shown both options in the Product List below.

I added White Stampin’ Emboss powder to the stamped card and heat set it. I then cut each house with the matching die so they’re ready to add to my card.

My card base is Coastal Cabana (also in the Brights Collection) that measures 21 x 14.5cm; scored and folded on the long side at 10.5 cm. I added a layer of Whisper White card measuring 10.2 x 14.2 cm so there’s just a tiny border of the base showing.

I cut the letters from Coastal Cabana card using the Playful Alphabet dies. The little heart I used instead of the O in HOME comes from another little house die in the Home Together set. I popped that up with a Stampin’ Dimensional. I added the rest of that die cut to the inside of my card…

As you might also notice from this photo, I added the front 3 houses to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I hope you’ve enjoyed this fun card today. I’ve listed the products I used for this card below. The stamp set and dies are available to purchase separately but if you buy them together as a bundle you save 10%, but the amount donated to charity remains the same.

If you have any questions on this card, the products I used or have Stampin’ Up! questions at all just let me know using the Contact Me form in the main menu. I’m here to help.

Happy crafting,

Heather x
