Today I’ve used colours from the Stampin’ Up! Subtles collection plus an In Color with the gorgeous Beautiful Friendship stamp set to make this pretty card…
I’ve used Highland Heather, Seaside Spray (a 2019-2021 In Color), Pear Pizzazz and Soft Sea Foam inks to stamp over a piece of Whisper White card measuring 9.5 x 13.5 cm with the Beautiful Friendship stamp. I then embossed this with the Old World Paper 3D folder.
I added some Silver Metallic edged ribbon and then mounted the stamped card to a piece of Highland Heather card then onto Seaside Spray and eventually onto my Whisper White Thick card base that measures 14.5 x 21 cm; scored and folded on the long side at 10.5 cm.
I stamped the sentiment onto Whisper White card with Highland Heather ink and cut it with a Stitched So Sweetly die. I used the next size up die with Seaside Spray card and added both to my card.
I stamped more of the flowers and leaves onto Whisper White card and then fussy cut them to add to the sentiment label. I used Stampin’ Dimensionals to pop some of them up…
I don’t often use lots of layers on my cards but I really like the effect with this one so the extra postage cost will be worthwhile!
The Old World Paper embossing folder adds a nice texture to the stamped layer which you the recipient will feel more easily than you can see from my photos.
I added some Wink of Stella to the larger fussy cut flowers for that extra bit of glimmer.
