Hello.
This week I am featuring some of the Stampin’ Up! products that are retiring soon, to make way for new products in June. Some of these have been firm favourites of mine and I want to show you what you just might miss out on, if you don’t act soon. Hopefully, none of them sell out before my blog posts are published!
I fell in love with the Little Elephant stamp set and coordinating Elephant Builder punch as soon as I saw them, especially as the elephant is quite similar to my logo. Although these products won’t be available in the next Annual catalogue you will always find them on my shelf – they are keepers for me!
Using these products, I’ve made a baby card in blues that I’d like to share with you today…
My card base is Whisper White Thick card cut to measure 21 x 14.5 cm, scored and folded on the long side at 10.5 cm. I added some Night of Navy card that measures 10 x 14 cm and some Seaside Spray designer series paper that measures 9.5 x 13.5 cm.
I cut a piece of Seaside Spray card that is 5 x 13 cm and a piece of Whisper White that measures 3.5 x 11.5 cm. I cut the ends of these with my Triple Banner Punch. On the Whisper White one I stamped the sentiment from Little Elephant in Night of Navy ink. I embossed the Seaside Spray one with the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder.
I cut the 3 circles with the Layering Circles dies using Night of Navy, Seaside Spray and Whisper White card.
I stamped that cute elephant (the larger of the 2 in the set) with Seaside Spray ink onto Whisper White card and cut it with the Elephant Builder punch. I added this to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
