Pootlers Blog Hop – mini catalogue & Sale-A-Bration

Hello everyone. Today I’m taking part in the Pootlers team blog hop, featuring new products from the January to June 2020 mini catalogue and Sale-A-Bration freebies.

As a typical Scot I love a freebie! So I’ve used 3 free Sale-A-Bration products for this card…

I started with a Lovely Lipstick card base and then added a layer of Blackberry Bliss card and then cut a piece of the free Lily Impressions Designer Series Paper (DSP). There’s a lovely mix of impressionistic and background designs in this pack and I couldn’t wait to use this Lovely Lipstick design, it looks beautifully textured.

Before adding the paper to my card, I used the free Lily Pad Dies to cut 2 sizes of flowers from Lovely Lipstick card and the border die on Blackberry Bliss card. I added my die cuts to the DSP and trimmed off the excess.

I stamped the ‘celebrate’ sentiment from the free Happy Birthday to You stamp set using Lovely Lipstick ink onto Whisper White card and trimmed it to fit and cut a V at one end. I added this to my card with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Isn’t the font used for these stamps just gorgeous?

To finish it off I added a layer of Whisper White card inside.

I hope you’ve enjoyed my project and will click on the blue box below to hop around the other blogs and see what my talented teammates have created to inspire you… (please note that there are 2 pages to check out)
