Hello everyone.
As promised in my post yesterday, I have another really quick and easy gift box to show you…
Yesterday I used the pre-made Clear Tiny Treat Boxes and today it’s the turn of the ready to assemble Mini Pizza Boxes. I’ve used one of the White ones from the Annual Catalogue but they are also available in Gold from the Autumn/Winter catalogue. These boxes are food safe so they are great for gifting homemade cookies.
The folded box measures 3 & 1/2″ by 3 & 1/2 ” so I cut a piece of my Wrapped In Plaid Speciality Designer Series Paper to measure 3 & 1/4 inches square to cover the lid.
I also cut 4 pieces of the paper to measure 3/4 of an inch by 3 & 1/4 inches for each side of the box.
I put my gift inside, this time it was 4 glitter tea lights…
I then created my tag using a piece of Whisper White card measuring 2″ x 3 & 1/2 inches. I cut the top with my Scalloped Tag Topper punch and rounded the bottom corners with my Detailed Trio Punch. I cut another piece of my designer series paper to measure 1 & 3/4 inches by 2 & 1/2 inches and rounded all 4 corners. I added this to my tag.
As with yesterday’s box, I stamped the sentiment from Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set in Shaded Spruce ink onto Whisper White card and cut it with my 1inch circle punch.
I cut a larger circle with my retired 1 & 1/4″ inch punch from another design from Wrapped In Plaid. You could use a 1 & 1/2″ circle punch or the 1 & 3/8″ scallop circle punch instead. Using punches just makes it quicker than dies but either works just as well. I then added some Holiday Rhinestones to coordinate. I then glued the sentiment to the tag.
I wrapped the box with Shaded Spruce & Gold striped ribbon and tied in a bow on the top of the box. I used Whisper White Baker’s Twine to attached the tag to the ribbon and I added 2 of the cute little Jingle Bells for that extra touch.
Although today’s project took a tiny bit more effort and a few extra supplies it was still really quick to put together. I think the 2 versions look great together too…
I hope you’ve enjoyed these quick and easy boxes. I’ve listed the products I’ve used for today’s box below. You can click on any of the links to visit my online Stampin’ Up! store to shop with me.
I would be honoured to be your independent demonstrator.
Happy crafting,
Heather x
