Christmas Money Gift Wallet revisited

Hello.

I needed to stock up on some money gift wallets for this Christmas. As there’s no point trying to reinvent the wheel I decided to simply make the ones I had made last year, but with current designer series paper…

As you can see, they comfortably fit UK £20 and £10 notes, I didn’t have anything bigger to try, lol!

For today’s version I used Real Red card and some of the beautiful Let It Snow speciality designer series paper. I really like the combination of Real Red and Coastal Cabana, what about you?

I stamped the sentiment from the Snowman Season stamp set by masking each word from the ‘Merry Christmas’ stamp, inking it with Real Red ink and stamping onto Whisper White card. If masking the words to get them from side by side to one on top of the other is too much hassle (especially if you’re doing this a lot) you could cut your stamp to separate the words instead.

I cut my sentiment with the Tailored Tag punch, along with another one from Real Red Glimmer paper and added them to my belly band. I increased the width of the band from last year’s version to 1 inch and added designer series paper that is 7/8ths of an inch wide.

I also added some glimmer dots for that extra sparkle.
