Sketch challenge featuring Daisy Lane

Hello, I hope you are well.

Today’s card was made for the sketch challenge set by Ian Potter in the Stampin’ For All Facebook group using this layout…

I decided to use the Garden Lane designer series paper and the Daisy Lane stamp set and punch and came up with this…

I made a card base from Whisper White thick card measuring 21 x 14.5 cm, scored and folded on the long side at 10.5cm.

I cut a piece of the lighter patterned Garden Lane designer series paper to measure 14 x 10 cm and a darker piece to measure 14 x 2 cm. I also cut a piece of Mint Macaron card the same size as the darker DSP and stamped this with the Smile stamp using Versamark ink. I added White Stampin’ Emboss powder and heat set it.

I stamped the smaller daisy using Mint Macaron ink onto Whisper White card 4 times and cut it with the medium daisy punch. The punch and stamp set are currently available as a bundle, saving you 10% on the total cost of buying them separately.

I used my bone folder to curl a few of the petals on each flower and glued them all together and added them to the card. I didn’t think it looked quite right so used my Leaf punch on Mint Macaron card and added that too.
