Get Well Wishes – featuring Stampin’ Up! Lovely As A Tree

Hello!

Lovely As A Tree is such a classic Stampin’ Up! It’s been around for so long and if you search for this stamp set on Pinterest you could be there for days wading through all of the beautiful creations people have made with this set over the years. I needed a get well card and thought this set would be ideal so just started playing and came up with this design…

I love using heat embossing and the Stampin’ Emboss powders give you such a great image. I don’t love them because I sell them, I truly sell them because I love them and want everyone to have the same great results they give…

As you can see, I used both Copper and Gold Stampin’ Emboss powders for this card. I stamped the trees in Versamark ink onto Whisper White card and used the Copper powder first. After I heat set it and let it cool I stamped the trees again to the right in Versamark and then sprinkled the Gold powder and heat set that.

I added the beautiful frame from the Delightfully Detailed Laser-Cut Speciality Paper with the Whisper White side to the front (it’s Very Vanilla on the other side). I then trimmed this down so that I could add some Copper Foil to it and still be able to fit it onto a Whisper White Note Card.

The sentiment is from Well Said and again I used Copper Stampin’ Emboss powder and trimmed the Whisper White card to fit before adding each word to the card with Foam Adhesive Strip.
