Pootlers Blog Hop - Sale-A-Bration

Hello and thank you for joining me. Today I’m taking part in another Pootlers team blog hop. This time around we’re showing you projects made with some of the Sale-A-Bration products that you can earn for free with a qualifying spend. We all love FREE products!

I decided to use 2 Sale-A-Bration products and to take some inspiration from the Sale-A-Bration brochure for the card I’m sharing with you today…

I have used the same layout as the card on page 3 of the Sale-A-Bration brochure but changed the colours a bit and used the Part Of My Story freebie stamp set for the sentiment and main focus. This set has lovely sentiments and you can find it on page 14 of the brochure.

My card base is Pineapple Punch that measures 21 x 14.5 cm, scored and folded on the long side at 10.5 cm. I added a panel of Lemon Lime Twist striped paper from the Broadway Bound DSP measuring 8 x 12 cm and a piece of Pineapple Punch card measuring 6 x 11.5 cm that I had embossed with the Dot to Dot Textured Impressions embossing folder.

My sentiment is stamped in Lemon Lime Twist ink onto Whisper White card and cut with my 2 inch circle punch. I backed this with a piece of Lemon Lime Twist card cut with my Starburst punch. Before adding this to my card I added a 2cm wide strip of Lemon Lime Twist card snipped at each end into a banner shape and a little bit of Lemon Lime Twist ribbon from the free Sale-A-Bration Organdy ribbon combo pack. The circles were added with stampin’ dimensionals…
