Hello.
Sometimes you fall in love with a Stampin’ Up! suite and think you have to have it all. Well, I’d like to show you that you don’t.
I bought quite a few products from the 2018 Autumn/Winter catalogue and although I thought the Santa’s Workshop suite was absolutely adorable, I couldn’t really justify buying it all. So, I got some of the amazing speciality designer series paper, enamel shapes and Poppy Parade textured weave ribbon. Over the next few days I’ll share some of the cards I’ve made with these products.
I would still love to have the Signs of Santa stamp set and the framelits dies but as you’ll see I’ve managed without them, so far! Lol
Here’s the first card….
I really wish you could feel this speciality paper as the snowman’s snowballs and the snowflakes in the background are flocked and feel so lovely!
My card base in Whisper White card measuring 29 x 10.5 cm, scored and folded at 14.5 cm. I added a panel of Garden Green card measuring 14 x 10 cm. I then added a piece of the designer series paper measuring 13.5 x 9.5 cm. My sentiment is from Beautiful Blizzard stamp set that I’m using lots at the moment. I used Garden Green ink onto Whisper White card, trimmed it and then backed it with Garden Green card. I added this to my card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Hopefully you can just about see the flocking on the snowflakes at the bottom of this picture.
I do hope you’ve enjoyed this quick and simple card today. It just goes to show that fabulous paper makes card making super simple. I’ve listed the supplies I’ve used in today’s project below. You can click on any of them to visit my online Stampin’ Up! store 24 hrs a day.
Happy crafting,
Heather x
